course reflection

I think this pop culture class changed me in some ways. Before this class, I was not interested in pop culture, I don’t watch the newest TV show, I am not deep into any star, because I think these kinds of thing is boring and waste of time. But after this pop culture class, many classmates share their favorite TV shows, and favorite singers, and the movies they like to me. Gradually, through their presentation, I found that it is not bad to know something about pop culture. It helps to make people closer. Also, I learned to compare my country’s pop culture and other countries’. It also makes me think. I learning more about other countries’ culture. I became more thoughtful. 



through this class, I have learned a lot new skill, for examples, making poster, presenting ppt, and so on. It improve my doing ability. Of course, it also rich my knowledge. I learn many things the pop culture, such as movie, music, pop star. I learned about their history, and some example of them. My classmates would present their own culture to us, I learn a lot foreign culture from that, k-pop, the wedding in morocco, and some special festival.



 my aha moment is I found that the movie me before you is a drama, I thought it was a comedy before, because it has a happy ending.

I didn't know that moroccan wedding would hold for three days, and it would have a party for girls, that is cool.
