Popular restaurant – haidilao hot pot 

Short explanation: Haidilao is a popular hot pot restaurant famous for its fantastic service.  

Cultural significance: I think this creative thought about hot pot helps to spread our traditional food – hot pot wider, makes more people know about our traditional food, also helps Chinese food become more international.

I would divide into three parts to describe the haidilao hot pot: 

First, before you eat:  

1. you can book table in advance. 

2. When you are waiting for the table you can have f=snack, drinks for free. 

3. You can do your nails for free. 

 

4. They will provide some small games for you and your children 

5. Free rubber band, mobile phone waterproof bag 

Second, while you eat: 

1. Performances  

2. Handmade noodles 

 

3. Celebrate your birthday 

4. If you are alone and you request, the waiter will eat with you 

5. Most of your requirements will be satisfied 

Third, after you eat: 

1. You will get some small gifts, snacks, drinks, something like that 

The environment, service,  

Reason: I choose this topic because I like the restaurant very much, and think the creation of this restaurant is worth of presenting. Also, this restaurant is very popular, and it also have the responsibility of spreading the traditional culture, it should be prided.
