special event - halloween parade

On October 31th, I, Jordan and Xingyan went to the halloween parade. On that day, we ate lunch first, and we discovered a very delicious ramen restaurant.

 Then we went shopping, winter was coming, so we needed to buy down jacket. And Jordan didn't feel well, because he went shopping with two girls! hahahaha. When we try something on, he need to helped us to hold the clothes.

When we finished shopping, we ate dinner, and then we took the red line to the boystown for the parade. After watching the parade, we went back to Chicago and Xingyan's mom drived me to the train station. That was a lovely day.

I choose this event because this is the first parade I have heard since I came to US, so I was curious about how the local people celebrate their festival, also, I was excited about those horrible things, although I dare not go alone hahaha. 

When we were on the subway to the boys town, we saw some girls also planned to the parade with halloween make up, they looks really pretty, but I was not brave enough to ask if I could take a picture with them. 

Actually, this parade was not as fancy as I expected, maybe because of the low temperature, some of the people on parade looks casual. 

But there were still some people really enjoyed the parade, they played fire, they wear very little clothes but still with smile.

I also se the joker, but I think he was cute hahaha.
